This policy formally explains what happens to the information you choose to store in Liroa.

2. What Liroa is

Liroa is an application for recording personal information about rest, consulting your history, reviewing trends and generating reports based on the information the user chooses to store.

Liroa is not a medical application. The information it displays is for informational and personal reflection purposes only, and does not diagnose, treat or prevent diseases.

3. Information you can store in Liroa

Liroa lets you store information you choose to record about your rest. Depending on how you use the application, that information may include:

  • How you rested.
  • Your energy or feeling when waking up.
  • The sleep duration you choose to record.
  • Personal notes.
  • Record dates.
  • Your history of recorded mornings.
  • Trends and reports generated from your own records.

4. Access to your records

The records you store in Liroa are intended for you.

The developer of Liroa cannot read the contents of your records, neither when they are stored on your device nor when they are synced through the iCloud services provided by Apple.

Liroa does not include tools for the developer to access, consult or review the contents of what you write down.

5. Information Liroa does not directly request in the current version

  • It does not require creating any account to use the main experience.
  • It does not request a name, email address or password to use the main experience.
  • It does not use advertising.
  • It does not use first-party analytics.
  • It does not use third-party trackers.
  • It does not send records to the developer’s own server.
  • It does not use records to train AI models.

6. What the information is used for inside the app

The information you choose to store in Liroa is used inside the app to:

  • Keep your records.
  • Show your history.
  • Calculate personal trends.
  • Generate reports or readings based on your own records.
  • Allow exports you decide to create, for example as PDF.
  • Maintain continuity between devices through Apple services when applicable.

7. Storage and sync through Apple

Liroa uses Apple technologies, such as CloudKit and iCloud, to store and sync information associated with the user’s Apple account.

Sync availability may depend on iCloud settings, device configuration, the Apple account and the availability of Apple services.

The developer of Liroa cannot read the contents of your records, neither when they are stored on your device nor when they are synced through the iCloud services provided by Apple.

Apple may process data according to its own policies, terms and account settings. Liroa does not control those Apple services.

8. Exports

The app may allow information to be exported, for example as PDF.

When you export or share a PDF, any subsequent processing of that file will depend on where you choose to store or share it.

9. Legal basis

The use of the information you choose to store in Liroa is mainly based on the performance of the service requested by the user.

When you contact us by email, the processing of that communication may be based on the legitimate interest of replying to support or information requests.

If future features require specific consent, they will be explained before being activated.

10. Retention

Records are kept while you maintain the app, its associated data or the corresponding sync.

The application allows you to delete individual records and also delete the full set of records stored by the user.

The retention or deletion of information synced through iCloud may depend on the services, settings and policies provided by Apple.

11. Recipients and third parties

  • Data is not sold.
  • Records are not shared with advertising networks.
  • Records are not used to train AI.
  • Apple may act as the technology provider for iCloud/CloudKit under its own terms.

12. User rights

You can contact contact@getliroa.com to exercise your rights or ask privacy-related questions.

Under applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable.

In addition to the rights recognised by applicable law, the application may include tools that allow the user to directly manage or delete stored information.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

For information stored in Apple services associated with your account, some actions may depend on the mechanisms provided by Apple or your device settings.

13. Minors

Liroa is not specifically directed at minors.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor has provided personal information through the application, you can contact contact@getliroa.com.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app, the services used or legal requirements change.

When it is updated, the last updated date will be modified.
